We have hundreds of close friends who have loved and supported us over the years, and while we wish all of you could share this day with us, our decision to marry abroad prevents that possibility. We have thus decided to make this a family celebration.

Yep, Costa Rica

We fell in love with Costa Rica during our weeklong visit in August 2010. It was such an amazingly beautiful country, and so easy to visit. It offered amazing coffee, delicious food, monkeys and sloths, beaches, hiking, sea-kayaking, zip-lining and most of all the pura vida culture.

As you might imagine, Dave is pretty particular on the subject of photography. We are extremely fortunate and excited to have Teddy Wolff document our wedding.

We have asked Dave's good friend Marcus Eaton to come down with us. Hopefully he will play a few songs for us while he's there. =]
